所述真空舱1为采用工字钢制成的结构体。真空舱1的大小可根据具体工件大小适当设计,在本实施方式中,所述真空舱1的体积为30m3~45m3。为了便于观察焊接情况,真空舱1设计四个观察窗口,当然也可根据工作需要增加或减少观察窗口。
步骤一:打开真空舱1的舱门11,当进行直焊缝焊接时,工件直接放入真空舱并在真空舱内装配到工装夹具3上;当进行环形焊缝或复杂结构工件焊接时,将变位机4通过动力小车5移出真空舱1,并根据工件结构来确定是否需要更换变位机4上的焊接夹具,如果无需更换,则直接将工件装配到焊接夹具上,否则需要先更换焊接夹具,再进行工件装配,且工件装配好后,通过动力小车5将变位机4移入真空舱1内;

步骤二:焊接机器人2试焊,修配零件,完成修配后,关闭真空舱1的舱门11,利用抽/充气系统,将真空舱1抽真空至不大于50pa(根据焊接工件的质量要求,真空度可以抽至不大于10pa,或其它值),并充氩气至1.1~1.3×105pa;
步骤三:启动焊接电源,利用各相关控制系统,启动真空舱照明系统、氩气循环过滤系统以及控制系统所编写的程序,焊接机器人2焊接工件;
步骤四:工件焊接完成后,真空舱1抽氩气,并充入空气,将真空舱1的舱门11打开,卸载工件,焊接结束。
