JZ-22020B型高频开关电源模块采用了先进的无源PFC技术和脉宽调制软开关技术的控制技术(PWM),使得模块效率提高,谐波减小。模块采用交流三相三线制380VAC平衡输入方式,不存在中线电流损耗。模块交流输入经过尖峰抑制电路和EMI吸收电路,经全桥整流滤波电路将三相交流电压整流为脉动的直流电压,由高频脉宽调制变换器变换将脉动的直流电压成高频方波电压,再由输出整流滤波电路,得到稳定的输出电压和电流,在电网电压和负载发生变化时反馈调整电路控制脉宽调制电路,使得输出电压和电流保持稳定。
JZ-22020Bhigh-frequency switch power-supply module is produced with theadvanced techniques of PFC and PWM. Its efficiency is enhanced andits harmonic is minished. The moduleinputs current with the equilibrium ACternary-phase 3-line380VAC so that there is no wastage inmiddle line. It input current throughpeak-restrictingcircuitry andEMI absorber circuit, and full bridge rectifier-filtercircuit whichchange the ternary-phase ACvoltage into pulsed DCvoltage, then trough high-frequency pulsed modulatorwhich change the pulsed DCvoltage into high-frequency quadrate-wavevoltage. At last, though output rectifier-filtercircuit,the stabilized voltage and current is outputted. Even when theelectric network’ voltage and load change, the voltageand current can keep stable because the feedback-modulatingcircuit controlpulse-modulating circuit.

1. 前面板如图一。

2. 输入缺相指示灯(红色):当模块输入缺相时,此指示灯被点亮,模块保护,无输出。当输入正常时,此指示灯熄灭,模块输出正常。
Indicatorlightof AC loss (red): it is lightened when moduledoes not input with all phase, and it does not output to protectthe module. The light goes out when module inputs normally, and italso outputs normally.
3. 输入过压指示灯(红色):当模块输入电压高于465±2VAC时,此指示灯被点亮,模块保护,无输出。当输入正常时,此指示灯熄灭,模块输出正常。
Indicatorlightof V-In Over-L (red): it is lightened when the input voltage ismore than 465±2VAC,and the module does not output to protect itself. The light goesout when module inputs normally, and it also outputsnormally.
